Hidden Brain
Science of Deception
Listen to this one first!
Before you get into this entire issue, this episode will give a good primer to the underlying psychology and motivation behind why people lie and cheat. Basically this will make you feel guilty.

30 For 30
A Queen of Sorts
There’s nothing better than to see a Casino get taken (which I guess is why those Ocean’s movies rule) and this is a real life version that. In 2012, Phil Ivey (10x WSOP Champion) and Cheung Yin (Crazy Rich & Smart Asian) planned a $20 Million scheme that plays into the psychology of stereotypes and character judgement. In fact, what they did is so simple it isn’t “technically” cheating… Just listen

Masters in Business
Theranos
The darling of Silicon Valley for years, Elizabeth Holmes at her peak paneled with Jack Ma (Copied Amazon) and Bill Clinton (the “Cheating” president 😉) cheated VC’s of Silicon Valley out of $700 Million dollars in investment. Her company Theranos which started when she was 19 years old was trying to innovate in the blood-testing market before she innovated herself out of a career. This episode is an interview with the reporter who broke the Theranos story and it is absolutely gripping.

Long Distance - Part 1
I’m sure we’ve all gotten those telemarketing scam calls where it’s someone with a heavy Indian accent named Bob calling from Cincinnati about some sort of issue with an account you have. Usually we just hang up and move on with our day without really thinking twice about it but the Reply All team here thought twice if not more about it. Go on this two episode journey with them, from the streets of NYC to the discotecas of India, you won’t be disappointed.

Back in my school days, I use to print basically a textbook at 5pt font, double sided and lay it out flat on the table covered only by the test paper itself to cheat on my exams. Look at how far I’ve come now! Making glorified podcast playlists for a living. Anyways this week’s issue is full of scammers, liars, and cheats! It’s all bad but bad stuff is fun and each of these episodes will make you think how you would’ve done it. And if you’re using Wilson™, you’re probably the type of person who’s got a real job but always stay scheming on the side so you’re going to love this issue. Enjoy!
